What will your role be?
Daily management of on-going projects.
Client servicing, through face-to-face contact, to have a full understanding of clients’ needs and business objectives.
Assist in the planning and ideation of client’s projects.
Be good in presenting the materials and documenting work scope of projects, quotations and follow ups on payment due from the clients.
Ensure a prompt delivery of work and maintain consistent communication with clients.
Achieve sales target through new sales and management of existing clientele.
Identify new ways to upsell to existing clients.
Ability to prioritise and be organised is critical.
Good understanding of creative industries.
Able to work closely with the client and creative team.
Pride in quality, an excellence of work and attention to detail.
Involved in internal marketing-related work.
What do you need to have to be successful in this role?
A minimum of 3 years of client servicing working experience in Marketing / Advertising / Media / Digital Marketing or related field.
Preferably working experience in an advertising agency environment.
A keen interest in the marketing & advertising industry.
Able to work independently and in a team.
A strong believer in creative ideas that work.
Excellent time management skills, responsible and with strong attention to detail.
Great Communication Skills, Presentation Skill, Social Networking Skill.
Required language(s): English & Malay (written & spoken), optional – Chinese (spoken).
Possess a driving license and own vehicle.
