What will your role be?
- Achieving revenue targets and meeting monthly and bi-annual KPIs set by the company.
- Generate leads, set up appointments, prepare sales deck and pitch the company’s services to prospects.
- Seek ways of improving the way the business operates.
- Following up with new leads and referrals generated from ads/leads gen ads.
- Build and maintain a close relationship with new, potential & existing clients.
- Initiate sales emails and cold calls to increase leads and then negotiate and follow up accordingly to close deals.
- Have a good understanding of the company products, services & business models, be able to advise or develop successful proposals for potential prospects.
- Display superior customer service and support by attending to client’s needs at all times.
- Actively participate in discussions with marketing & creative team on campaign ideation and execution, sales strategies, and initiatives to drive revenue.
- Prepare weekly or monthly sales reports or when required.
- Develop innovative concepts to promote the brand, services & products.
- Design attractive & profitable package, at the same time optimize the team’s timeline to optimize profit.
- Manage marketing budgets, provide appropriate investments in campaigns.
- Be commercially aware and monitor the market and gather competitive intelligence on products package & pricing, competitive strategies, consumer behaviour, industry tactics, and business growth opportunities.
What do you need to have to be successful in this role?
- At least 2 to 3 years account services or business development in Advertising, Branding or Creative Agency related industries.
- Has a proven sales track record, experience of creating or implementing successful marketing campaigns.
- Commercial acumen, budget management, and reporting experiences. Exceptional leadership and team management skills to achieve outstanding results.
- Strong interpersonal and effective communication and negotiation skills with an ability to build relationships and communicate effectively at all levels, internally and externally.
- Have a strong time management and planning skills.
- Able to develop campaigns and evaluate how we work to improve processes.
- Ability to work under pressure and independently.
